Requirements: • At least one year of experience exclusively in real estate sales. • Field sales experience is very important, and it is preferable for the applicant to have experience in visiting clients, attracting clients, building relationships, and completing sales outside the office. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills and a high ability to deal with clients. • Ability to achieve sales goals and continuously follow up with clients. • Speed in learning and development. • Passion, ambition, and the ability to work under pressure and within a team. • Age requirement for application: 28 to 35 years old. • Full-time commitment is required, and students or individuals with other jobs are not allowed to apply.
