Assistant Restaurant Manager

Cinderella Restaurants chain announces a job vacancy for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager to work in its branch in Al-Mada'in – Baghdad. Requirements: Applicant's age must be between 28 and 36 years old. At least two years of practical experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Experience in managing and operating fast-food restaurants. Possess leadership qualities and the ability to manage and direct the work team. Experience in managing employees, monitoring their performance, and organizing work. Ability to track inventory, products, and perform stock counts. Experience in monitoring sales and achieving branch goals. Commitment to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Experience in applying FIFO and HACCP systems is an added advantage. Working Hours: 12 hours daily. Job Benefits: A rewarding salary commensurate with experience and competence. 4 days off per month. Two free meals daily.
