Call Center Employee

Jamal Enana General Trading and Commercial Agencies LLC announces its need for a female employee (Call Center) who is proficient in the Kurdish language. Requirements and Conditions: • Fluent in Kurdish. • Good communication and persuasion skills. • Proficiency in using computers and basic communication software. • Must be available to work at the company's headquarters in Baghdad. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Receiving and making calls with customers and responding to inquiries. • Following up with customers and updating data within the approved system. • Writing periodic reports on work progress. Work Environment: • Professional work environment and continuous professional development. Working Hours: From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 6 days a week. Location: Al-Mansour / Al-Ruwwad Intersection.
