A leading contracting company announces a job opportunity to join the work team within one of its specialized construction projects for towers and multi-story buildings, for the position of Tower Crane Operator, to contribute to the execution of lifting and handling operations at the site according to approved safety and operational efficiency requirements. Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Requirements: • Operate the tower crane safely according to the lifting plan and approved operating instructions. • Execute material and equipment lifting and transportation operations, adhering to load limits and load charts. • Conduct daily inspection of the crane and ensure its readiness and safety before operation. • Coordinate with the Rigger / Signalman during lifting and handling operations. • Adhere to safe operating and shutdown procedures, especially in cases of wind and adverse weather conditions. • Report malfunctions or any unsafe operating condition and handle them according to approved procedures. • Full commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) instructions and emergency procedures. • Proven practical experience in operating tower cranes, preferably in tower and multi-story building projects. • Possess a valid Tower Crane operating certificate or license. • Ability to handle lifting operations in limited visibility conditions according to approved instructions and signals. • Ability to work in a field environment and adhere to working hours and project needs.
