Project Manager

Manage the project and supervise all execution phases from the project start until final delivery. Prepare execution plans, follow up on the schedule, and ensure the achievement of the required completion rates. Supervise construction works and ensure their execution according to approved plans and specifications. Manage and follow up on work teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP works to ensure integrated workflow. Monitor work progress and compare actual achievement with the schedule. Follow up on project needs for materials, equipment, and resources, and coordinate with relevant departments. Monitor project costs and control expenses and resources within the approved budget. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with specifications and technical standards. Coordinate with consultants and follow up on technical comments and work to close them. Follow up on inspection requests. Follow up on snagging works and ensure all comments are closed before delivery. Identify problems and obstacles affecting project progress and develop appropriate solutions. Prepare periodic reports on completion rates, costs, problems, and challenges. Hold and follow up on project meetings with work teams, consultants, and contractors. Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, and Safety (HSE) procedures. Follow up on the project until completion and final delivery stages. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in construction and project management. • Proven experience in managing and executing construction projects, preferably residential complexes, schools, or multi-building projects. • Strong experience in project management from initiation and planning to completion and handover. • Experience in managing work teams, contractors, and subcontractors. • Good experience in civil, construction, concrete, architectural, and finishing works. • Ability to read and review technical drawings and specifications. • Experience in planning and following up on the project schedule. • Experience in monitoring project costs, materials, equipment, and resources. • Experience in coordinating civil, architectural, and MEP works. • Good knowledge of HSE procedures. • Ability to deal and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant parties. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. • Preferably, experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project. • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
