Hotel Relations and Activation Officer

Booking Iraq announces its need for 2 Hotel Relations and Activation Officers. Location: Baghdad – Zayouna, near Maysaloon Square, Jader Al-Asli building. Working Hours: 8 hours daily – attendance and field work. Salary: Starts from 650,000 IQD per month, to be determined after the interview and based on experience. Responsibilities: Communicate with hotels and arrange appointments and visits with administrations. Explain Booking Iraq services, terms, and contracting mechanism. Activate hotels and complete their data on the platform. Train hotel staff on using the Dashboard. Coordinate with photography and marketing teams. Follow up with hotels and build continuous professional relationships with them. Participate in field tours within Baghdad and other governorates. Requirements: Possess transportation. Good appearance and polite speech. Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English and computer usage. Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain, train, and organize appointments. Readiness for field work and travel to governorates. Experience in hotels, tourism, sales, or relations is preferred.
