A leading real estate company in marketing and selling residential and commercial projects is looking for a Social Media Buyer with experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns to achieve tangible results and increase ROI. Tasks and Responsibilities: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads platforms. Accurately identify target segments and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal results. Prepare periodic reports on ad performance and budgets. Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis and performance results. Collaborate with the content and design team to effectively coordinate advertising messages. Required Qualifications: At least one year of experience in managing paid advertising. Good understanding of data analysis and reading reports from Meta Business Manager and Google Analytics. Strong skills in target audience selection and writing engaging ad copy. Preference for those with experience in the real estate sector or service marketing.
