Maintenance Manager

Company V, located in Jadriya, which owns and operates the five-star V Hotel, announces a job opening: Maintenance Manager. Requirements: • 5 to 10 years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in hotels. • Experience in managing maintenance teams and supervising technical work. • Good knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, generators, water, fire and safety systems, and elevators. • Preparation and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. • Management of breakdowns and emergencies, ensuring the continuity of operational systems. • Follow-up with contractors, specialized companies, and spare parts. • Adherence to occupational safety and health standards. • Preparation of technical reports and monitoring the performance of the maintenance department.
