Project Coordinator

A leading Iraqi company in Construction, Transportation, and Logistics sectors is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work at Ratawi Field, Basra. The role involves managing daily site logistics, procurement, vehicle fleet and driver operations, and enforcing HSE safety guidelines while maintaining smooth coordination between company management and the client. Key Responsibilities: • Client & Company Liaison: Maintain clear, effective, and continuous communication between company leadership and client representatives on-site. • Vehicle Fleet & Trip Management: Manage daily company cars, schedule vehicle trips, monitor car movements, and guide drivers for smooth transport operations. • Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Oversee site purchasing, track suppliers. • HSE Compliance & Safety Monitoring: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and daily safety practices across all site operations. • Team Supervision: Lead, direct, and guide field teams and drivers to maintain smooth workflow and productivity. • Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit regular site activity and logistics reports using MS Office and Outlook. Requirements & Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in site logistics, and field project coordination. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook. • Language Skills: Good command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Key Competencies: • Strong expertise in vehicle trip planning, company car fleet management, and driver movement tracking. • Procurement and supply chain coordination skills. • Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles. • Strong team leadership, communication, and driver management skills. • Work Location: Readiness to work on-site at Ratawi Field, Basra.
