Position: General Maintenance Employee 🔧 Salary: 600,000 – 750,000 IQD depending on competence and experience, final salary to be determined during the interview. Working Hours: 9 or 12 hours depending on work requirements. Requirements: Experience in general maintenance of buildings and facilities. Ability to perform simple maintenance for electrical and lighting faults, within the limits of experience and safety. Experience in plumbing, repairing water leaks, and minor faults. Knowledge of maintenance and repair of doors, locks, shelves, and fixtures. Ability to detect faults and address them or identify the need for a specialized technician. Follow-up on periodic maintenance of facilities and equipment. Maintaining the tools and equipment used in the work. Adherence to safety procedures and management instructions. Seriousness, discipline, ability to work in a team, and withstand work pressure. Work Location: Baghdad – Karrada Khareg – Main Street, opposite Al-Jadriya Private Hospital.
