Sales Supervisor

Masirat Al-Ibdaa Company for Real Estate Investment, Development, and Marketing announces its need for a Sales Supervisor to join its team in Baghdad. Qualifications, Requirements, and Tasks: • At least 5 years of experience exclusively in real estate sales. • Hold a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. • Experience in supervising sales teams and monitoring performance. • Field and in-house team training and development of sales skills. • Following up on team affairs and providing continuous support and guidance. • Monitoring sales targets and preparing periodic reports on performance and achievements. • Possess high leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to organize work, motivate the team, and take responsibility. Salary: Starts from one million Iraqi dinars, negotiable based on experience and competence. Work Location: Baghdad – Yarmouk.
