Inventory Control Manager

Noor Al Maydan Iron and Steel Company - Basra - Al-Khor announces its need for an Inventory Control Manager with practical experience in warehouse management and electronic inventory systems, to supervise inventory operations and ensure the accuracy of material and inventory movement. Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on all inventory input and output operations. Supervise raw material, operational material, and finished product balances. Work on inventory systems and programs and ensure data accuracy and correctness. Prepare periodic reports related to inventory and material movement. Follow up on periodic and surprise inventory counts and analyze discrepancies. Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth workflow. Develop inventory control procedures and improve inventory management efficiency. Lead the inventory team, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or any related field. At least 5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably in the industrial sector. Practical experience in using inventory systems and ERP systems. Advanced skills in report preparation and data analysis. Ability to manage teams and withstand work pressure. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
