Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise the work team in the hall and follow up on workflow. - Organize and manage work and ensure adherence to service standards. - Follow up on the quality of service provided to guests. - Follow up on the preparation and provision of necessary materials and supplies for work. - Maintain service level and ensure the best guest experience. Requirements: - At least 3 years of practical experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector. - Previous experience in supervising a work team and managing workflow. - Ability to work accurately and bear responsibility. - Ability to communicate and deal professionally.
