Job Title: System and Software Support and Explanation Employee Nature of Work: • Training on the company's systems and software. • Explaining systems to clients and providing technical support. • Following up on client inquiries and issues and coordinating with the specialized team. • Following up with clients and providing continuous support. Qualifications and Required Skills: • Communication skills, good interaction, and flexibility with clients. • Ability to explain and learn quickly. • Commitment and teamwork. • Experience in systems, software, and technical support is preferred. • A bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field is preferred.
