Sales Supervisor

Zain Al Mansour Trading Company announces its need to appoint a Sales Supervisor to work in Karbala Governorate, who possesses the necessary experience and leadership skills to supervise the sales team, follow up on field performance, and achieve sales goals according to the company's plans and policies. First: Duties and Responsibilities • Supervising the sales team and following up on daily performance. • Distributing sales tasks and routes and ensuring their implementation according to the approved plan. • Following up on achieving sales goals and preparing periodic reports for management. • Training and guiding employees and working on developing their competencies. • Monitoring adherence to working hours, field visits, and company policies. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure workflow. • Evaluating team performance and submitting recommendations to management. • Following up on collections and receivables and ensuring that approved credit limits are not exceeded. Second: Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor's degree as a minimum. • At least one year of experience in a supervisory position in sales, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or a similar field. • Good skills in using sales systems and Microsoft Office programs. • Possess a valid driver's license. • Have private transportation. Third: Job Details and Benefits • Company: Zain Al Mansour Trading Company. • Work Location: Karbala Governorate. • Monthly Salary: Starts from 1,250,000 Iraqi Dinars. • Working Days: 6 days a week, Saturday to Thursday. • Weekly Rest Day: Friday. • Working Hours: From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 8 hours daily. • Annual Leave: 21 days per year. • Sick Leave: 30 days per year.
