Support Officer

Al-Zaeem for Fast Delivery Company announces its need for a Support Officer to join its team. Work Location: Main Headquarters – Baghdad / Al-Daura Expressway – Opposite Changan Company Evening Shift: From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Morning Shift: From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tasks and Responsibilities: • Follow up on governorate orders and ensure their completion within the specified timeline. • Continuous coordination with captains and branches to ensure smooth delivery operations. • Address operational feedback and complaints in cooperation with relevant departments. • Adhere to administrative instructions and respond quickly in emergency situations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree as a minimum. • 1-2 years of previous experience in order tracking systems. • Prior understanding of the operational mechanism of delivery and logistics companies. • Resident of Al-Daura area or adjacent areas exclusively. • Must be fully available for work without any other commitments. • Ability to withstand work pressure and discipline in adhering to the schedule.
