Requirements: - At least one year of experience exclusively in real estate sales. - Field sales experience is very important. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a high ability to deal with clients. - Ability to achieve sales targets and follow up with clients continuously. - Quick learner and adaptable to development. - Passion, ambition, and the ability to work under pressure and within a team. - Age requirement: 28 to 35 years old. - Full-time commitment is required; students or individuals with other jobs are not allowed to apply.
