Creative Director

At P12 Agency, we are looking for a Creative Director with the ability to transform ideas into creative concepts that make a difference, build identities, and leave a mark. We want someone who not only innovates ideas but knows how to develop them, lead the creative team, and unify the vision between content, design, and marketing campaigns; from the initial idea to final execution. What we’re looking for: Strong creative vision and conceptual thinking. Experience in developing creative strategies and campaign concepts. Ability to lead and inspire creative teams. Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, content, and visual communication. Ability to turn briefs into distinctive creative directions.
