Assistant Branch Manager

Support the branch manager in managing daily operations and ensuring efficiency and continuity of work. Lead and motivate the work team and follow up on their performance to achieve sales and operational goals. Supervise the performance of the workshop and inventory and ensure optimal use of resources. Ensure service quality, adherence to company policies and safety standards, and enhance customer satisfaction. Follow up on branch performance indicators, prepare operational reports, and provide necessary recommendations for performance improvement. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in supervision, operations management, sales, or branch management. Experience in the automotive sector or retail is a strong advantage.
