Junior Service Delivery Officer

Act as a liaison between universities and technical teams, to provide operational support for digital systems and follow up on resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and guidance to universities on system usage. • Analyze software problems, identify their causes, and reproduce errors for verification. • Coordinate with development, network, and database teams to address reports and inform the user of the outcome. • Document issues, prepare user guides, and provide field support when needed. Qualifications and Skills Required: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent. • Skills: o Ability to understand systems, analyze problems, and simplify explanations for users. o Excellent communication skills, and basic knowledge of (Web, Databases, APIs). • Working Days and Hours: 6 days a week (from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). • Leave: 21 paid days per year. • Salary: 600,000 IQD To Apply: Please fill out the electronic application form via the following link:
