Ronq Al-Dur Company, located in Baghdad / Abu Nuwas, announces its need for a lawyer to join its team: Tasks and Responsibilities: * Filing and following up on lawsuits and pleading before the competent courts. * Following up on cases, transactions, and legal procedures with state departments. * Providing legal consultations and necessary procedures to protect the company's interests. * Reviewing and organizing contracts and agreements with agents. * Following up on legal obligations and rights arising from agency and franchise contracts. * Dealing with various legal issues and disputes facing the company. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Law. * At least 5 years of experience in legal work. * Good experience in commercial and administrative cases and pleading. * Good negotiation and dispute resolution skills. * Good knowledge of legal procedures in courts and state departments.
