Recruitment Director

Al Attar Holding Group announces its need for a Recruitment Director to work at the group level, overseeing attraction and recruitment operations for all group companies and branches. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment strategy for all group companies and branches. Attract professional competencies and expertise locally and internationally, with a focus on competencies from outside Iraq. Manage candidate search, screening, evaluation, and interview processes. Build and develop a database of international competencies and candidates. Utilize LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Lite, and modern digital search and attraction tools to reach quality competencies. Develop a professional network with competencies and expertise inside and outside Iraq. Develop annual recruitment plans and follow up on their implementation in coordination with the group's company managements. Lead the recruitment team and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for attraction and recruitment operations. Requirements: Strong experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably with leadership experience of at least 7 actual years. Proven experience in international recruitment and attracting competencies from outside Iraq. Proficiency in using LinkedIn and candidate search tools. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes for a group of companies and branches simultaneously.
