Al Nakheel Complex announces its need for a Field Follow-up Employee. Responsibilities: • Follow up with employees in the field and ensure the execution of daily tasks. • Distribute and follow up on tasks according to work needs. • Ensure the completion of work in the required manner and time. • Monitor employee attendance and their commitment to their tasks and work locations. • Report daily observations and problems to management. • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements: • Ability to work and conduct field follow-up within the site. • Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills. • Commitment and discipline. • Ability to organize and distribute tasks. • Previous experience in follow-up or operational work is preferred.
