Kruita Home for Home Furniture announces its need to hire an Exterior Furniture Maintenance Supervisor to work within the after-sales services team. 📌 Job Responsibilities: - Supervising home furniture maintenance work for customers. - Scheduling and organizing maintenance appointments and external visits. - Distributing maintenance tasks to maintenance technicians and following up on their execution. - Field supervision of maintenance technicians and ensuring work quality. - Following up on after-sales service requests and complaints and working to resolve them. - Coordinating with relevant departments to provide materials or parts required for maintenance. - Ensuring adherence to customer appointments and good treatment of them in their homes. - Following up on the completion of maintenance work and preparing reports on executed work. - Preserving customer property and ensuring the work area is left in a decent condition after maintenance is completed. 🎯 Required Conditions: - Holder of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or administrative specialization. - Previous experience in home furniture maintenance. - Experience in after-sales services and customer interaction. - Ability to schedule and organize maintenance work and manage priorities. - Ability to supervise a team of maintenance technicians and distribute tasks. - Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work in the field and withstand work pressure. - Good communication skills and good customer interaction. - Proficiency in using computers and basic organizational software. - Previous experience in supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred. 📍 Work Location: Baghdad – Kruita Home for Home Furniture – Al-Adhamiya / Maghreb Street Intersection 📩 Application Method: Please send your CV via WhatsApp (messages only) to the number: 📱 07724439914 Kruita Home – We are looking for a competent individual capable of leading the maintenance team and providing professional service befitting our customers.
