IT Specialist

Al Shaham Group announces the availability of a job vacancy for the following position: IT Specialist required. Requirements and Job Description: • Minimum of two years of experience in the IT field. • Managing and supporting technical systems and devices in the company's various branches. • Maintaining computers, printers, and network devices, and resolving technical faults. • Supporting POS systems and cashier systems and monitoring their readiness in branches. • Supporting systems and software used in the clothing, cafes, restaurants, and home sectors. • Monitoring networks, internet, and connectivity between branches and management. • Installing, configuring, and updating software and operating systems. • Managing user accounts and permissions, and providing technical support to employees. • Monitoring backups and protecting data and information. • Responding quickly to technical problems in branches and working to resolve them. • Coordinating with internet, system, and device service providers when needed. • Ability to work in the field and visit branches as per job requirements. • Good communication, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure skills. Working Hours: 8 hours daily Salary: Starts from 1,000,000 Iraqi Dinars and will be determined based on experience and competence.
