Laboratory Technician

The Medical Consulting Center in the Qadisiyah area announces its need for a Laboratory Technician to join its team. Responsibilities: ✅ Receiving patients and organizing the registration process. ✅ Accurately entering patient data. ✅ Coordinating appointments and responding to patient inquiries. ✅ Coordinating with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow. ✅ Adhering to work ethics and maintaining patient confidentiality. ✅ Following up on required patient tests with the laboratory. ✅ Communicating with the call center customer service department and specialists for consultations or result interpretations. Qualifications: ✅ Possess a degree in Medical Laboratory Techniques or a related field. ✅ 1 to 3 years of practical experience in reception at medical laboratories and complete knowledge of laboratory tests. ✅ Proficiency in using computers and laboratory management software. ✅ Good communication skills and pleasant interaction with patients. ✅ Good knowledge and experience in drawing blood samples for all ages. 🤝 Ability to work under pressure and organize tasks efficiently. Working hours: 8 hours from 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
