Architectural Engineer

Nijmadin Group announces its need to support its team with architectural engineers to work on its project in Baghdad - Yarmouk. Responsibilities and Job Duties: • Review and audit project designs and control their details. • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and determine architectural specifications in coordination with the main office. • Prepare and develop Shop Drawings and structural details. • Effective coordination with team members to ensure workflow. • Make any necessary modifications or redesigns to the original plans. • Follow up on field work and periodically verify the quality of execution on site. • Conduct field inspections and prepare periodic site reports. • Manage and archive updated As-Built Drawings and organize them on shared cloud platforms. Required Skills and Experience: • Experience: Not less than 5 years in the architectural and executive field. • Software: Full mastery of 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD & SketchUp). • Personal Skills: Ability to work within or lead a team, and high professionalism in documentation and follow-up. Location and Salary: • Work Location: Baghdad - Yarmouk. • Salary: To be determined after the interview based on experience and competence.
