We are looking for a lawyer with experience in tax law, transactions, and tax files, specifically in: ▪️ Following up on tax files and transactions for companies. ▪️ Providing legal consultations on tax matters. ▪️ Following up on tax objections, disputes, and claims. ▪️ Representing companies and following up on their affairs before the relevant authorities, according to legal powers. ▪️ Reviewing tax decisions and procedures and providing legal opinions on them. Cooperation will be based on a flexible professional system, through: • Specific fees for each job or case. • Or an agreed-upon percentage of the value of completed work. The nature of the work and the fees or percentage will be agreed upon in advance, commensurate with the volume of the case, the degree of specialization, and the effort required to complete it.
