Field Sales Representative

Space Tower company announces its need for a field sales representative to work within the sales team in the FMCG field. A fixed salary of 1,000,000+ commissions and incentives based on performance and experience. 🔹 Tasks and Responsibilities: * Visiting hypermarkets, markets, and stores and continuously following up on points of sale. * Opening new points of sale and expanding the customer base. * Building and developing strong relationships with owners and managers of hypermarkets and markets. * Presenting products, negotiating prices and offers, and completing sales transactions. * Following up on customer orders, sales, and collections. * Monitoring product availability and display within points of sale. * Achieving set monthly sales targets. * Monitoring competitor prices and activities in the market. * Submitting periodic reports on visits, sales, and market conditions. * Conveying customer feedback and needs to management. 🔹 Required Conditions: * Previous experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. * Possessing actual relationships with A and B category hypermarkets and markets. * Good knowledge of the target market and areas. * Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals. * Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. * Commitment, follow-up, and good customer handling. * A private car is required for transportation between points of sale and carrying samples and work materials. Readiness for field work and daily commuting.
