Technical Support Specialist

INTEGRATED PATH is announcing its need to hire a Technical Support Specialist to join the technical support team at the company's headquarters in Baghdad. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Control & Systems Engineering. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a fundamental requirement. - Good knowledge of operating systems, software, networks, and information technology. - Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems and find appropriate solutions. - Excellent communication skills and politeness in dealing with customers. - Ability to provide technical support to customers and follow up on their requests until proper closure. - Good skills in preparing technical reports and documenting problems and solutions. - Ability to work within a team, take responsibility, and manage tasks efficiently. - Applicant must be a resident of Baghdad exclusively. - Full-time commitment to the company, and not combining this job with any other work during the employment period. Criteria that give the applicant an advantage: - Previous experience in technical support and customer service. - Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo. - Familiarity with the basics of networks, servers, and databases. - Experience using technical support ticketing systems. Work Location: Baghdad. Working Hours: From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Salary: The salary starts from 800,000 IQD and will be determined upon interview.
