Call Center Employee - Customer Service Representative

Mirage Company _ Roma Beauty Group announces its need for a call center employee to work at the company headquarters in Al-Ghazaliyah – near the Swiss Complex. Main Tasks: • Respond to customer inquiries professionally. • Book and organize appointments accurately. • Confirm appointments and daily follow-up. • Follow up on customer satisfaction after service. • Convert inquiries into actual bookings. • Handle complaints and solve problems flexibly. Requirements: • Must be a graduate of an institute or college. • Proficient in handling Microsoft Office files. • Has previous experience working in clinics or medical centers (preferred). • Good communication skills with patients. • Ability to work within a team. Working Days: 6 days. Salary: To be determined upon interview, starting from 700,000 Iraqi Dinars.
