Senior Electrical Engineer

Al Qaser Hotel Services Company, responsible for the Coral Hotels chain, announces its need for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on its engineering projects. The candidate must have at least 8 years of practical experience in the field of electrical engineering, with proven experience in implementing and supervising multi-story tower projects. Qualifications and Requirements: 1- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 2- Experience in supervising the implementation of electrical and technical works. 3- Proficiency in reading and reviewing electrical and executive diagrams. 5- Experience in power distribution systems, transformers, electrical generators, distribution boards, lighting, and protection systems. 6- Good knowledge of fire alarm systems and building management systems. 7- Ability to review quantities, technical specifications, and material lists. 8- Follow-up on technical inspections, trial operation, and preliminary and final acceptance of electrical works. 9- Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and occupational safety and quality standards. Tasks and Responsibilities: 1- Supervise the implementation of electrical works and monitor work progress on site. 2- Review diagrams and coordinate with civil and mechanical engineering departments. 3- Follow up on contractor performance, address technical issues, and take corrective actions. 4- Prepare technical reports and progress reports and submit them to the relevant management. 5- Ensure adherence to the schedule, budget, and specifications.
