Assistant Branch Manager

Support the Branch Manager in managing daily operational activities, supervising work teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving operational and sales goals in line with quality standards and company policies. Responsibilities: Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow. Lead and motivate the work team to achieve sales and operational objectives. Monitor workshop performance and ensure adherence to approved technical standards. Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the logistics department. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Prepare periodic reports on branch performance. Implement administrative, operational policies, procedures, and safety standards. Contribute to the training and development of the team. Take responsibility for managing the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager, ensuring business continuity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision, operations management, or sales, preferably in the automotive or retail sector. Leadership and organizational skills, decision-making ability, and teamwork spirit. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and experience with ERP or POS systems is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic, and a good level of English is an added advantage. Possession of a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
