Raw Materials Warehouse Keeper

Zain Al-Hayat Company for the manufacture and packaging of water, juices, and beverages announces its need for a Raw Materials Warehouse Keeper to join the team. Location: Baghdad – Uwayrij Responsibilities: Receive raw materials and ensure they match quantities and documents. Arrange and store materials according to correct storage principles. Monitor expiry dates and apply FIFO/FEFO system. Issue raw materials to the production department according to approved release orders. Record receiving and issuing operations and update inventory balances. Conduct periodic inventory and reconcile actual inventory with the system. Follow up on damaged or non-conforming materials and isolate them in coordination with the quality department. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and adhere to safety instructions. Monitor materials nearing depletion or expiry. Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and accounting departments. Requirements: Previous experience in warehousing, preferably in food, juice, and beverage factories. Good knowledge of raw material storage methods. Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO system. Proficiency in using Excel and inventory management systems. Accuracy, organization, and ability to withstand work pressure. Ability to conduct inventory and follow up on inventory discrepancies.
