Online Sales & E-Shop Officer

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in online sales, e-shop management, or customer service via digital channels. Proven experience managing an e-commerce or online sales platform such as GINI, Miswag, Toters, or similar. Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook messaging, and other digital communication channels with customers. Ability and willingness to appear on camera and present visual content for products, with at least two Reels per week.
