Online Sales & E-Shop Officer

Company: Joud Al Jawad for Coffee Production and Distribution Location: Baghdad – Iraq - Jamila Industrial Area Department: Marketing and Sales Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in online sales, digital store management, or customer service via digital channels. - Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B), retail, or coffee and its accessories trade sector is an added advantage. - Proven experience in managing digital store platforms and tracking online orders and deliveries (e.g., Toters, Miswag, or similar systems). - Experience in coordinating and executing orders in collaboration with warehouse (storekeeper), roasting, and accounting teams. - Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook messaging, and approved CRM channels for digital customer communication. - Ability to prepare product photos, short videos, and simple explanations for coffee products and blends to support sales. - Ability and willingness to appear on camera and present visual content for products, at a rate of at least two Reels per week. - Ability to collaborate with the marketing team in preparing and presenting professional product content and participating in the production of two professional Reels per month. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Manage incoming sales inquiries through digital channels and work on converting potential customers into confirmed sales. - Communicate with customers and confirm coffee and blend orders through the company's approved official communication channels. - Manage the daily operations of the e-shop, including orders, cancellations, delivery tracking, pricing, and coffee stock availability. - Follow up on digital customer orders and ensure payment collection in coordination with the accounting department. - Coordinate with the storekeeper, roaster, accounting, and delivery team to ensure smooth order preparation and shipment. - Identify and track key coffee products suitable for online sales based on stock availability and company priorities. - Monitor online sales performance and prepare periodic reports and updates on daily and monthly results. - Prepare basic product photos, short videos, and explanations for coffee products to support digital sales. - Prepare and present at least two Reels per week appearing on camera, in addition to supporting the marketing department in producing two professional Reels per month. - Coordinate with the marketing department and management regarding scripts, marketing messages, and publishing mechanisms in accordance with company standards. Working Hours and Salary: Working days: 6 days a week Working hours: From 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM or online Salary: 550,000 IQD - 850,000 IQD
