Sales Supervisor

Al-Sulaimaniyah Food Industries Company announces its need to appoint a Sales Supervisor in Baghdad / Karkh side. Requirements: Must be a resident of Karkh side. Own a private car. At least 3 years of experience in supervising sales teams, preferably in Food and Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. Strong skills in leadership, team management, and achieving sales targets. Ability to monitor the market, develop team performance, and prepare periodic reports. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Supervising the sales representatives team within the Rusafa area. Following up on the implementation of sales plans and achieving monthly targets. Developing customer relationships and increasing market coverage. Monitoring product availability and implementing display standards in sales outlets. Submitting periodic reports to management and proposing solutions to improve performance.
