Technical Support Engineer

We are hiring: Technical Support Engineer Company: Alriyadh Group for Lighting Solutions, Smart Systems, and Fire Protection Systems Location: Iraq – Baghdad Department: Projects Reports to: Project Manager Qualifications: 1 - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or any related specialization. 2 - Minimum of two years of experience in lighting design, technical support for lighting sales, or electrical engineering. 3 - Work experience with good knowledge of: (DIALux, Relux, AutoCAD) 4 - Ability to conduct field visits, prepare technical documents, and ensure compliance with approved lighting standards. 5 - Proficiency in English (very good level), with the ability to communicate and write reports and correspondence in English. 6 - Good skills in: (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) Work Details: First: Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours with a half-hour break) Second: Working Days: Six days a week (Saturday to Thursday) To apply: Through the link below: https://www.alriyad.iq/arabic/careers/vacancies/technical-support-engineer
