Technician Training and Development Program - Welding Technicians Batch

The Chinese Petroleum Engineering and Construction Company (CPECC), in collaboration with the Oil Training Institute in Basra and Khubei University of Petroleum and Technology, is pleased to announce the launch of the Technician Training and Development Program – Welding Technicians Batch. The program aims to qualify Iraqi welding technicians to work in the oil and gas sector through intensive two-month training covering specialized technical and practical skills. Program Highlights: - Free training for selected trainees. - Specialized vocational training supervised by experienced instructors. - Practical applications of welding skills and techniques. - Certificate of participation issued by the organizing bodies. - Acquisition of skills that qualify trainees for employment in oil and gas projects. - The training program includes theoretical sessions in classrooms at the institute and practical training at the company's site in Al-Rumaila. - Lunch is provided during the training program. - Transportation is provided during practical training (from the Oil Institute to the company camp in Al-Rumaila and vice versa). - Upon successful completion of this training program, trainees will have the opportunity for employment. Admission Requirements: - Applicant must be of Iraqi nationality. - Must hold exclusively a primary school certificate, intermediate school certificate, vocational preparatory school certificate, or general preparatory school certificate. - Recent graduate or with 0-3 years of experience. - Age between 18-30 years. - Basic English language skills are preferred. - Possess initial technical knowledge in welding. - Full commitment to attendance throughout the training period.
