Mechanical Engineer

The management of Coral Grand Palestine Hotel (formerly) announces the opening of applications for the position of Mechanical Engineer to join the team. The candidate must possess extensive engineering experience in managing mechanical systems within hotels, residential complexes, and major projects. Basic Requirements: 1- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering. 2- At least 10 years of practical experience in hotels, residential complexes, or major projects. 3- Advanced experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, water and sewage systems, pumps, and fire-fighting systems. 4- Experience in managing preventive maintenance, diagnosing, and troubleshooting faults. 5- Ability to supervise technical teams and contractors and follow up on execution quality. 6- Knowledge of engineering specifications and standards, and safety and quality requirements. 7- High leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare technical reports and maintenance and rehabilitation plans. Key Responsibilities: 1- Supervising the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in the hotel. 2- Ensuring the readiness and operational efficiency of systems according to approved standards. 3- Preparing and implementing preventive maintenance plans and continuous development. 4- Following up on rehabilitation and maintenance work and addressing technical problems.
