Al-Mehwar Human Resources Solutions announces its need to include distinguished competencies for the telemarketing and customer service team for one of its clients. Job Nature: Telemarketing and providing customer support via phone. Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Monthly Salary: 800,000 Iraqi Dinars (plus commissions). Tasks and Responsibilities: - Making calls and introducing company products and services. - Responding to customer inquiries. - Following up on deals and direct customers to achieve sales goals. - Recording call data and updating the customer database periodically. Requirements and Conditions: - High communication and persuasion skills and excellent idea presentation. - Proficiency in using computers, sales programs, and CRM. - Previous experience in telemarketing or call centers (considered a priority).
