Field Sales – Zain Iraq Company, Oodi Line Department

Conduct direct sales operations for (oodi) lines and develop market share in the field. Represent the company professionally and provide technical support and introduce services to new subscribers. Work within the field team to achieve the required sales goals and targets. Compensation and Salary System: The monthly salary is linked to the level of achieving sales goals (number of activated lines): Activating 90 – 120 lines per month: Fixed monthly salary of 750,000 Iraqi Dinars + commissions. Activating 60 – 90 lines per month: Entitlement to half the fixed salary + commissions. Activating less than 60 lines: Not subject to a fixed salary (income depends on the volume of sales achieved). Note: For the first two months, activating only 50 lines will receive a full salary of 750,000 as an incentive for the employee.
