Electrical, Lighting, and Solar Energy Engineer

Next Light for Modern Lighting Company announces its need for an Electrical, Lighting, and Solar Energy Engineer to work at the company's headquarters in Baghdad. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Practical experience in lighting, electrical, and solar energy is an added advantage. Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and specifications. Required Skills: Proficiency in using DIALux software for lighting design and calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to prepare technical drawings, reports, and presentations. Knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical equipment. Ability to prepare bills of quantities and technical specifications. Good skills in organization, follow-up, and data entry. Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure. Willingness to go to external projects when needed. Responsibilities and Tasks: Prepare lighting designs and drawings using DIALux software. Assist in designing and following up on solar energy and electrical projects. Prepare technical offers, bills of quantities, and specifications. Follow up on field work and visit projects when needed. Prepare technical and administrative reports. Follow up on daily work and execute tasks assigned by management. Work Location: Baghdad – Karrada – Arasat Working Days: Saturday – Thursday Holiday: Friday Working Hours: 8 hours daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary is not less than 750 and will be determined after the interview based on experience.
