Al-Sibtain General Contracting Company Ltd. in Karbala announces its need for saleswomen. Job Objective: Achieve sales goals by building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Search for new customers and expand the customer base. • Communicate with customers. • Understand customer needs and turn them into real sales ideas and opportunities. • Follow up on performance indicators and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Regularly update customer and sales opportunity data. • Coordinate with marketing teams. • Represent the company professionally. Required Qualifications: • University degree • Experience in real estate sales (residential complexes) • High ability in persuasion and negotiation. • Excellent communication skills. • Achieving goals. Salary: 750,000 Iraqi Dinars Working Hours: From 9 AM to 7 PM
