Promotion Manager for Malls and Large Markets

Al-Tager Al-Arabi company, working in the food distribution sector, is looking for a specialized individual with practical experience in managing promotions within large markets and hypermarkets. Primary Task: Establish and manage a team of promoters within large markets, and increase the sales of the company's products through direct promotion at points of sale. Responsibilities: • Recruit and select suitable promoters. • Distribute promoters to markets and branches as needed. • Set work schedules and rotations for promoters. • Train promoters on product display and sales techniques. • Monitor commitment, attendance, and performance daily. • Increase sales within each market and track results numerically. • Prepare periodic reports on sales and the performance of each promoter. • Build good relationships with market management to secure the best display and promotion locations. • Address promoter and market issues directly and quickly. Requirements: • Previous experience in managing promoter teams within markets or hypermarkets. • Knowledge of large malls and markets in Baghdad and good relationships with them. • Ability to recruit promoters and form a team quickly. • Leadership personality and attention to detail. • Knows how to convert promotion into actual sales. • Ability to work in the field and move between branches. • Preference will be given to those with a ready network of promoters or previous experience managing a promotional team.
