Sales Development Associate

We are looking for an ambitious and confident individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Associate. Responsibilities: - Attracting new clients and merchants for the company. - Communicating with potential clients and following up on leads and sales opportunities. - Building strong and sustainable relationships with clients. - Presenting and explaining the company's services to potential clients. - Negotiating and persuading clients to use the company's services. - Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Updating client data and tracking sales activities and stages. - Seeking new opportunities for business development and growth. Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or business development. - Previous experience in delivery or logistics companies is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Confident and professional personality. - Good organization and time management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals. - Knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage. - Desire to learn and develop.
