General Accountant

The International Hospitality Company for Tourism, Travel, Hajj, and Umrah announces its desire to strengthen its financial staff with distinguished competencies, and invites those who meet the following conditions and requirements to apply for the position of (General Accountant) at the company's headquarters located in the Holy Karbala Governorate. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 🔹Record and follow up on daily accounting entries and ensure their accuracy according to financial standards. 🔹Follow up and calculate the costs of aviation programs, tourism, Hajj, and Umrah (tickets, hotels, transportation). 🔹Prepare financial statements and periodic reports (monthly and annually). 🔹Prepare and follow up on bank reconciliations and accounts of airlines, hotels, and suppliers. 🔹Prepare tax returns and deal with the relevant authorities. Participate in periodic inventory and closing reconciliations. Conditions and Requirements: 🔶Place of residence and work: Holy Karbala. 🔶Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 🔶Experience: At least (3 to 5) years of experience in general accounting (preferably with experience in the aviation sector or tourism, Hajj, and Umrah companies). 🔶Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic, and good knowledge of English. 🔶Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with accounting systems and (ERP Systems / Excel). 🔶Accuracy and Honesty: High organization and commitment to the complete confidentiality of financial data.
