A well-known and leading company in the Events field is looking for a Sales Executive – Female to join its team in Baghdad. Location: Baghdad – Mansour Job Type: Full-time Gender: Female only Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: 600,000 Iraqi Dinars + 5% commission Tasks and Responsibilities: • Attracting new clients and developing the client base. • Communicating with clients and professionally presenting the company's services. • Negotiating with clients and converting opportunities into actual sales. • Building long-term business relationships with clients. • Achieving sales targets and required performance indicators. • Following up with clients from initial contact until deal closure. • Searching for new sales opportunities and sources. Requirements: • Previous sales experience of at least two years, not necessarily in the Events field. • Strong skills in communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals. • Professional, polite, ambitious personality capable of achieving sales goals. • Ability to build strong relationships with clients. • Willingness to learn, develop, and gain specialized knowledge in the company's field. Training & Development: Previous experience in the Events field is not required.
