Field Promoter

Kaldo Food Trading Company announces its need for a Field Promoter to join the team. 📍 Residence Location: The applicant must be a resident of Karkh side - Baghdad. Duties and Responsibilities: Implement the daily visit plan to points of sale within the specified areas. Ensure the availability of company products and report shortages. Arrange products on shelves, refrigerators, and display areas according to approved standards. Ensure clarity of prices and promotional materials. Execute promotions and advertising campaigns within points of sale. Monitor the cleanliness and arrangement of product display areas. Ensure company products are prominently displayed compared to competing products. Monitor expiration dates and report any issues. Build good relationships with point of sale managers. Monitor competitors' prices, offers, and activities and report observations to the supervisor. Monitor product movement, customer interest, and provide market feedback. Document visits and promotional activities and prepare required reports. Maintain promotional materials and tools and use them correctly. Adhere to the work plan, instructions, and approved policies. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in promotion or sales is an advantage. Ability to work in the field and move between points of sale. Good knowledge of product display methods and customer interaction. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Adherence to schedules and work plan. Preference for applicants residing in Karkh.
