Bakery Assistant

A famous restaurant in Baghdad announces its need for a professional Bakery Assistant to work at its branch in Baghdad, located at the Iraqi University - Sab' Abkar area. Requirements: • At least two years of practical experience in the bakery field • Proficiency in preparing and processing bakery products according to work requirements • Good knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, baking stages, and temperature control • Adherence to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards • Ability to organize work and achieve consistent product quality. Job Details: Working Hours: 8 morning hours Days Off: Friday and Saturday Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Salary: To be determined based on experience and competence.
